Acute gastroenteritis are pictures that almost everyone has experienced at one time. Presents with diarrhea burning, irritating and odor. Fever may be present or not but the patient usually shows a great malaise, with profound fatigue that can alternate with moments of agitation. They are often worse at night and are patients who worsen with cold and heat seeking.
It is a medicine that helps especially compelling gastroenteritis with diarrhea immediately after eating or drinking.
It is useful in those with severe diarrhea cramps that “bend” the patient’s pain.
This is another drug in diarrhea with spasms and cramping. Diarrhea is abundant, sometimes bloody, and accompanied by abdominal pains “like knife”. You may even get leg cramps.
this medication is used when the patient has a very abundant and frequent diarrhea with severe weakness and exhaustion. The patient feels cold, cramps and a deep malaise. It is a picture that often occurs in traveler’s diarrhea.
This is medicine to consider when you see blood in the stool. The patient usually has bad breath and severe pain after stool, feeling of not finishing.
These and other homeopathic medicines may be used singly or in combination, as most convenient in each case. Thus, in a profuse, irritating, with cramps that cause the patient to bend and press the abdomen, accompanied by prostration and exhaustion in a patient seeking shelter, Arsenicum album may use 5CH (centesimal hahnemannian, a measurement unit homeopathic ) 5CH Podophyllum Colocynthis 5CH and at a rate of three pellets of each, together in the mouth, every time the patient has a deposition.
